Everything is first-class here, had a good stay on our last visit. We greatly enjoyed the staff, they are superfriendly. The setting is marvellous and beautiful, not far from Ambleside and indeed the neighbouring Regent, a fabulous central location, opposite Ambleside 

We ate at a lovely restaurant with reasonable price. The location was fantastic and the staff was extremely polite and affable during the whole stay!

The breakfasts with a good options. Tastefully decorated and pet-friendly rooms with nice large beds, gorgeous breakfast.

I had the classic queen room which was fashionable and lovely sized with very comfortable bed. The location was particularly good and I could use free parking on site.

The area was very expensive.

The venue's position was central. The restaurant was very comfortable with extensive menu and food of the highest order including breakfast menu, I tried amazing dishes. The view on to the lake from the window was wonderful.  

Every staff member was excellent and smart. The location was central, fantastic in the lakes in over 30 years.

The room is pet-friendly, tastefully decorated and has lake views. The location is in a magnificent and absolutely perfect spot right on the waterfront.

They gave me a well-designed room with ample storage as well as a plus breakfast.

our second visit to ambleside was even better thanks to the inn collection group. the hotel was spotless, with a lovely view from our comfortable room. the location at the tip of the lake was perfect, and the staff were welcoming 

This hotel was set in a central area adjacent to a high end London establishment and the ferry to Bowness. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby. The booked room was modern and airy with huge comfy beds.  

Neat and airy unit with a lovely view, blackout curtains, as for instance. Unbeatable and spectacular location, right on the shoreline. Based really close to the restaurant, the lake, and the Lake District.  

Picturesque hotel located in a nice enough area next to the lakes and the shore.

I recently had the most fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel. The location was second to none, with breathtaking views of the lake right next to it. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and had a fresh feel. 

the hotel was much more than i expected, with a warm welcome for my dog, spacious rooms, and helpful staff. the breakfast was delicious and we could even bring our dog into the bar. would definitely stay 

Because of a problem with classic queen room we were upgraded and had a stylish room with very comfortable bed.
